About
CreationsByJeannine™
The
Excellence in Reborn
Artistry™
Series
In 2002, I purchased a
set of reborning
instructions on eBay for
$15. It was a two page
bullet point sheet with
no pictures and very few
basic details, but it
did not discourage me
from Learning the Art.
Much of my experience
has been through
research and trials, and
since I was somewhat
crafty and a
professional workshop
leader, I set out to
create a better set of
instructions for the
reborning public.
I often get questions
like “Isn’t there a book
that just provides me
everything?” There are
so many options and
painting mediums, as
well as types of vinyl
and silicone vinyl
dolls, that there is not
just one book that
provides you all the
information.
However, I have
published The BEST OF
SERIES, which contains
the best content of 8 of
my reborning specialty
books and 8 Soft Body
dolls and doll kit
patterns in one large
book. It features
lifelike doll making
instructions and
techniques for Reborns
and Doll Kits.
The Ultimate Collection
of eBooks on CD is also
available and includes
most of the Excellence
in Reborn Artistry™
materials I have
written. Find all our
books, ebooks and movies
on CD at
www.lulu.com/jeannine
.
What is Reborning?
Simply stated, it is
taking an existing play
doll (unlimited number
available) or collector
doll (in a limited or
extended series), and
using your creative
ability, reborn the
original vinyl doll into
a lifelike looking
preemie, infant or
toddler.
Some call it Doll
Makeovers, others call
it Doll Enhancements,
but if you apply enough
artistic effort when
reborning the doll, you
can transform it into a
ONE OF A KIND (OOAK)
Heirloom Collectible.
Anyone can apply the
techniques to do this
art form. All it takes
is time and effort to
create each and every
realistic detail you
desire to reborn into
the doll. In this
introductory book, you
should have enough
information to create a
lovely peaches and
creams collectible
doll. I continue to
feature the Dolls By
Berenguer™ line of dolls
in this book, although
there are now lots of
new & expensive doll
kits available. However,
these Dolls by Berenguer™
still seem to be the
most popular and least
expensive dolls to
reborn.
There are so many
options to discuss and
many more alternatives
available, which is why
I created the Excellence
in Reborn Artistry™
Series of books, case
studies, and visual
instructions. These
reborning aids are here
to help the Beginning
Artist and Reborn
Hobbyist along through
their journey. Please

next.
Enjoy the Art!
